YTW-400As a kind of tangential forming process, the c-spline rolling machine is one of the common cold forming processing methods for small module spline at home and abroad. It has the same characteristics as rolling process, and is an efficient, energy-saving and low consumption processing process. In particular, the products of our factory adopt the traditional modes such as horizontal and oil pressure drive. The machine tool has the advantages of no damage and no difficulty, continuous overload, higher rigidity and stability, longer tool life and operation and maintenance. Compared with the traditional cutting process, the efficiency is 30 times higher (about 10-20 seconds / piece) than the hobbing process. The bearing capacity of the workpiece is about 40% higher than that of the cutting part, the roughness is below Ra0.4, the material is saved by 15% ~ 30%, and the production cost is reduced by about 30%.
